The Brazilian Air Force Commander, Air Lieutenant Carlos de Almeida Baptista Junior, the Chief of Staff of the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the Armed Forces, Air Brigadier Major Flávio Luiz de Oliveira Pinto, and Air Brigadier Rodrigo Fernandes Santos, Director of Aeronautical and War Material (DIRMAB), visited the stand of the Brazilian company Mac Jee, in the Brazil Pavilion of the International Aeronautics and Space Fair (FIDAE), one of the largest exhibitions of the sector in Latin America, held in the first week of this month, in Chile.
The authorities met with Mac Jee representatives and discussed the company’s production capabilities to meet national and international market demands, in addition to the expansion of the Paraibuna (SP) plant, and the development of DAGGER, the newest product from company, an intelligent guidance system for air munitions of the GPB MK type.
In addition to strengthening Mac Jee’s relationship with the Brazilian Armed Forces, participation in FIDAE was an opportunity for the company to get closer to important countries in the strategy of strengthening the country’s Defense Industrial Base (IDB) and showing the Latin market -American the potential of Brazilian technology in the sector.
